I have changed my auto assign ip to static ip(10.0.0.100). Then I forwarded port as per the below table:

And finally searching my public ip on web try to add it on gametracker to make cs 1.6 server.

But I am getting below error,

For clarity 10.0.0.100 is a private reserved IP address, not your public IP.
