Hello,

our old server [ESCOM] Frag Arena was ranked 7th in the world and was still climbing, but got stolen. Now (6 years later) we decided to rebuild it. Good admins are the base of every successful server and we are looking to find some right here.
The server currently is focused on fy_snow (1-8 players) and de_dust2(8+) but when we become popular we will rotate arrownd 9 maps every 35~ min such as Tuskan, Mirage, Aztec, Inferno & more.

Requirements:
- 19+ years old
- being able to distinguish hacks from high skilllevel (we want our server to be a sanctuary for skilled players that get unfairly banned from other servers
- under no circumstance to harass or insult players, instead keep a cool head and use gag function, permanent gags are also accepted for the most severe cases of toxicity, but that is a judgement call
- be active in our server (7 hours per week minimum)

The requirements will increase over time as the server develops.
