This server has been detected to report fake or
idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked. I just bought the server and I encountered this error. Can you help me with this error? |

That IP:port has been deranked for over one year.
Ask for a new IP:port server or a refund from supplier. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. You have applied to have the server re-join the rankings.
That is the only other option. I was giving you the options more likely to succeed. Many people have rented that server and requested ranking - all have failed. I am a community user.
