Hello, I am writing you this report to notify about server owner who is abusing the boost right for players on his server. I had a marvelous time while I played there, but unfortunately circumstances occurred and that's why I'm writing you. It all started when I was a server-admin on this server.I had a great time learning about how to be an admin and generally how to be useful to players. I totally nailed it, made some friends there, which helped me to socialize better and learn more about the server and the owner himself (who i only knew from discord DMs). One day I finally got in contact (other than from discord) with the server owner: Can't Be Killed.(k0llama or nizama in gametracker) and we were always on the same page about the server. Sometimes we even chatted for hours. And eventually friends from the staff suggested him that I should get a staff promotion. And so he promoted me to the new rank : Global - Admin. In rank it's below Owner, Co-Owner, Head-Admin. At first I had all the flags that a normal Server - Admin already had, difference being that I had the immunity from getting banned,kicked,slayed,gagged,used grab menu against me from a Server - Admin and below. But time passed and him and I kinda started trusting each other a little bit more. And so he didn't actually promote me again, but he gave me more flags. A flag to amx_get, amx_exec. Here's where the story gets interesting.
How does amx_get and amx_exec work?
So, here's how it works : to get see command set from a player's config you type amx_get (player) (command). Let's say you want to check the player Killer's "rate". You just type amx_get Killer rate and it will type it in the console for you to see how much he has. Here comes the big red flag about the server - the amx_exec. It works like this: it justs executes commands (which can harm the cs client, and modify the config of the player using it, it could reconnect other people, it can modify other people's binds). Let's say you want to make Killer say "Hello there how are you ?", you just need to type - amx_exec Killer "say Hello there how are you?", and in the chat his message will appear. I used the amx_exec command for trolling purposes only, but there was one instance of my password setinfo "_pw"(now it's changed to setinfo "_sys") getting stolen and the player who played with my name executed the command amx_exec @all "connect IP"(which makes everyone in the server execute the command in the same time(I don't want to actually show his IP), which made the owner change the setinfo from "_pw" to "_sys" and from then on we had both steam id that only counted with our Steam ID and setinfo "_sys", which put an end to the stolen password situation, but it's not really a guarantee, since the hacker or the password thief can just steal my password (or any other global-admin or staff member with the same flags as me) and just use a STEAM ID changer to my steam id to just do this stuff again.
Here's a video about how amx_exec and amx_get actually look like when used. At the end you can see the grab menu which has several options in it, which I will explain further on. The crack that I executed is the "pika" that's hidden from boost sites, so that Can't Be Killed.'s server "Show Ur skillsz" doesn't get boost banned for. It basicly crashes the client and makes it unusable anymore. That's why when I grabbed the player named "To7a" he didn't move at the end, because he crashed and any second he would've just left from the server. The video is quick, because I had very little time to record it, since I quit staff that same day and I had my rights taken away 5 minutes after filming the footage.There was a little trick about the renames which can be surpassed aswell. Here's how the rename blocking in the server works. You cannot rename in the server without reconnecting. So let's say you have a name saying "F*CK ALL THE ADMINS". I would just type amx_exec "@F*CK ALL THE ADMINS" "name I am a nice person!"(which would not immediately rename him) and after that just type amx_exec "@F*CK ALL THE ADMINS" "heartbeat" (which will force him to leave. The key factor in here is the player leaving, because when he does and has made a change in his cs settings in this case his name being changed, it gets automatically saved in his config.cfg). He would just need to start his cs again and just have his changed to "I am a nice person!"
In the past with (in his old BG host) his previous host he used to have both pika(the original destroy plugin) and renames, but he removed them out of paranoia about him getting boost banned from different websites. On the picture you can see my precious stat, and a <Warrior> Player getting renamed. He used to rename/kick/ban players that are with default boosted cs clients names, but he eventually stopped. In his last server he also got his rank frozen for using bots to mimic the server being crowded (which was kinda ironic to be honest, because he used stuff that could potentially get him boost banned).
The one feature that stands out to other servers is not just that, but his Grab menu. Which has cool shortcuts instead of using the amxmodmenu to slay, kick players. It has also the features Strip weapon, Jail menu (the server has a jail plugin that puts certain players in a box that's sideways of the map river and makes them sit there how much they have their jailtime set, it only counts as playtime, which means if you get jailed for 5 minutes you must stay in the server without leaving for 5 minutes).
The cherry on top about the owner in general was that he was often racist. He often frames certain nation or country to make fun of and ruin the image in general. I eventually got sick of this and stopped contact with him, only on rare occasions I would write him something that's only entirely related to the server or knife mod in general. I think this person should have his server boost banned, because he lacks self control and he has previous tendencies of surpassing the rules of the boost sites to just have the same plugins hidden, undetected, but still there.
