Hello, hope that everyone is doing good

Here is my question : what is the config (cl_updaterate - cl_cmdrate - rate - fps - etc...) that i should do for this kind of computer?

Hp workstation xw8200
2 x intel Xeon 3.6ghz
4 gb DDR2
Nvidia Quadro fx 3400 256mb
Connection by cable (LAN) directly to the Router - Ligne ADSL2 2mb
Screen 75 Hz
windows 7

May someone help to config my (config.cfg) or my Nvidia card

Note : My ping in servers is 65-100 sometimes more, and my fps is 75, and i'm using OpenGL, i've got some (Loss - choke), so i want to fix it, to have a better ping (20-30 why not lol )
