Sorry for bad English

There is no problem with me to make new server but my friend are not able to add my server's ip,when they add my server's ip no server is shown .And when i wanted to add my server to game tracker it say "please add public ip private ip can not be scanned"
Can any one tell me how to start a online 100% working dedicated server plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

If you google "What is my ip" or something like that if this is on your local computer, you can determine what your public IP is. It is not possible to add a local network IP since GameTracker does not scan the server from inside your network..

but i add my public ip which i get from whatismyip.com it gave the following errors:


It say's server is offline but my server was online and i turned off firewall before starting server.

Do you have the server configuration set up properly to use the public IP, if necessary?
Is it a public internet server, as opposed to LAN or something like that, if applicable?
Do you run a router with a built in firewall also?

No i don't even know how to config the server.i downloaded a pack which i was instructed to put in C drive,it contain hlds launcher and other files too.

plzzzzzzz tell me how to start a fully working server from first set to the last step or recommend any site which could teach me.

I am not sure how to set up a CS1.6 server. You could use google and find tons of results.

Bro i tryed lots of method described in video tutorials but still unsuccessful.If u gave me site which u may u or any of your friend know i will be very thankful to u:'(
