You can use their contact form to find the specs. I believe all are at least Intel based Quadcore CPU's with 24 GB of ram.

Im looking for a person hosting it unless there is a hosting that is free.I want a person to host it because i can pay him with the first payment made to the server.

You'd pay a single person to host your servers from their home but do not want to go with a server provider? A company like GS would provide much better uptime and quality hosting. Good luck on your search, but I'll warn you that you'll probably have a hard time finding a good person you trust to give $xx.xx per month for the "promise" of keeping them up for you.

I do not have the money for a server provider thats all...
Once a server is hosted people will purchase services and with that money i will pay the hoster.
Also GameServers are pretty expensive.
