yea, im trying to add my counter strike 1.6 server to gametracker and i keep getting an error that my ip address is private. i have my ports forwarded (i think) and yea i just wanted some help for why this issue is happening and how to fix it.

i figured out that problem but now all im getting is this
GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER. One of the following suggestions may help you: Your server is currently offline. GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again. You entered the wrong query port. Please update your query port and hit scan again Your server is firewalled. Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning ive done all that it says and it still does not work someone please help |

Then I am guessing you have configured the server wrong. Is it properly set up to run on the appropriate IP address?
Have you tried to disable the firewall to rule out configuring it poorly?

If you are hosting it locally, just use a search engine and type in "what is my IP" if you have no idea what your public IP is.
