I've turned my server on with my windows firewall off. Gametracker couldn't scan my server. I don't get what the problem is :S

Do you run any other firewall? Do you have a router? They can also act as a firewall so you will need to open ports in there too. Have you tested scanning it on HLSW (hlsw.org) or some other tool from a location outside the network the server is on?

No other firewall. I have my pc connected to the internet through an Ethernet cable, no router. And yes, a friend tested it from the hlsw program.
