Hello I shall wish to integrate(join) the community but I receive message (kicked by console cs set to your cl_updaterate to 66) I am French if you had the explanation in French it would be very if not c not grave thank you in advance...

All you have to do is...
Type in console: cl_updaterate to 66 Then you can play, safe.
