Try looking in the server for any messages, you should be able to see a message in your console, or HUD (Heads Up Display) in-game showing some support or address. For example, our gaming community has messages which say "Visit and join in at www.gamerone.net the gaming community" on most of our servers, so that players know the home of the safe and friendly server they are playing.
