This really depends on the BaseBuilder Mod version. If it's up to date, then you can just hold use (E) and press mouse buttons 1 and 2 (left and right click). However, if the mod is older, you will have to bind 2 keys. One key to move blocks back, and one to move forward. The function varies in each server, so just ask an admin or moderator in-game what you have to bind so you can move blocks.
