So as the title says I got a problem there. I've registerd a game server ( Counter Strike 1.6 ) at game tracker , was not claimed , I claimed it and after 30 mins or so I saw that someone else has it juve something dude. I claimed it again , changed the name of the server to GameTracker claimed it and after 5 mins again that guy is the owner. I change the password to the gamepanel do the claim again , and yet again he has the ownership .
Now if I try to claim it it shows like Default server name , with the same Juve w/e name and it won't recognize the change of the name ( yes I did restarted the server ) .
The Ip of the server : Address: 89.44.246.176 Port: 27015

I tend to believe it's the Game Tracker problem/bug as that juve2009 guy was offline while all of this happened. He might had that IP before we bought it, I'm not sure , I would repeat the process but I game tracker won't recognize the name change again and it shows as an offline server, even tough I was playing it.
So I could use the help of an admin to look into this.

If you keep the name as GameTracker for too long, other users may exploit it and change it. You need to change it back to a different name right after it instead of keeping it there for a while.

I've spoke with the guy who is shown as owner. He had a server on that IP until 2 weeks ago or so. I change the name back as fast as I can claim ownership. It shows me as owner but if I refresh after 5-10 mins it shows it's him.
Maybe you can look into the error logs or something. Now I can't claim the ownership because gametracker won't even show the server correctly. Last time it was shown as Default name and closed ( ofc the name is CS.RealGaming.RO and opened 24/7 on a hosting center )

How long does it take for it to switch back?

Well now it seems it didn't switched back. Before it was arround ~ 5 to 10 mins.
