Hi guys I have seen servers in rank 2 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 ,7 etc.Wen i open Gt server Page and see kill abou 10 -12 players are with 0 Kills and mutch mor with 5-10 hrs in serverin. This happend in night. I think this i doing to get up Rank of server Please Resolve This problem by restarting some servers Rank

It would be great if you could post links to the CS1.6 servers that are having the issue since the claim you provided cannot be seen for any of the servers you mentioned.
