I have the world cyber games version of Counter strike 1.6 and not much is different than the valve version, but I can't access my in game console, I know its usually the " ` " key, but it's not working, and there is no option to for it in the keyboard settings, What do I do?! please help. thanks!

bind "`" "toggleconsole" in your cfg located in cstrike folder..
if this will not work... change another version of the game... (new.era,digital,etc)
