Hi,
It would probably be difficult for you to find a decent free VPS. You can however, find free web hosting with FTP. Often times though, those are not very reliable or do not give you much space to host your site with. Doing research on google would be your best bet. Also, if you are interested in hosting a game server, you can check out GameServers (click the banner in my signature) and you will get a small web hosting package for free.
