hey guyz i am facing a strange problem from 2-3 days my frame rate was earlier 20-30 around and now fall down to 4-5 FPS

and my ping was 30-34 and now rise up to 150+ sometimes 400 also

i tried "fps max 101" but no change
please help

create in csstrike-(in my steam cssrike-polish) userconfig.cfg and paste there some komends which are stabilizing gladsource engine - engine of cs 1.6

Try defragment your particions on hdd, first defragment particion on wchich cs is located

For fps setting :

fps_max 101
fps_modem 0

For lantency setting :

rate 20000
cl_updaterate 30
cl_cmdrate 20
ex_interp 0.1

I type all this on console and it's work perfect.
