I recently started a 32 slot Counter-Strike 1.6 server.
The server is located in Frankfurt Germany, so central Europe pretty much. We got sv_downloadurl active so downloading models and such just takes seconds! Feel free to visit our official forum at http://serene.tv , add the server to your favorite and tell your friends! Looking forward to see new players and help the server grow.

No thank you to the above, if you have a "clan" you should be able to rent your own server.
