What is the server port? I am not able to scan it on the default 89.44.246.197:27015.

Have you opened the port (UDP)?

Are you with one of the Romanian providers that block any and all foreign traffic?

Hello,

As you can see if you try to view the server on the HLSW program (hlsw.org), no server will scan at 89.44.246.197:27015.

I would personally recommend contacting your game server provider to look into this issue for you if the server is actually online.

The port does need to be open for UDP scanning on that port, otherwise there is no way for us to scan the server. If there are multiple IP's on the server, you'll need to ensure that it is correctly binding to the IP.
