I need help, connecting to Steam and enter the CS, an error occurs. The error is hl.exe, does anyone know what to do to solve the problem?

Give more information ...
as in this case reinstall the game on steam , if it didn't work try to recache the game files you won't guess what is this site after you skip the ad

Try to reinstall your CS and your Steam. The only solution.
