Krond host is offline in Gt , but in game is online and that makes server down in rank , can you fix this problem and have a nice day

I would recommend you check the following:
1. The network and firewall is functioning normally.
2. You have none of the following IPs blocked:

208.167.241.179
208.167.241.180
208.167.241.190
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

3. Port 27015 is still open in the firewall

If all fails on this end, you may want to check your recent configuration changes to determine if any of them changed the query protocol at all (mods/plugins).
