*** PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED ! ***
Hi all ! I can't add my server to GameTracker database  My server IP is: 200.58.108.109:27023 And my server is currently online!!! The problem is:  Please, help me

You need to disable firewall, open ports and whitelist these ip's. Google it for your router how to port forward.
