You can't. First you need to remove line for that in plugins.ini and then reset the server.

You Can That brother .. if you have installed AMXMODX in your server
and you are admin in server you can pause any plugin in anytime by type in conosol "amxmodxmenu" then there are menu will appear , then you will find "Pause Plugin" chose it by press the number behind it
then you will see all Plugins in server then search for that plugin for want and make it From "On" To "Off"

first:when i add my server it work one day and on next day my public ip got changed,so how can i change my ip on my server..
second:how can i be admin on my server because when i extract amx modx from amxmodx.org there is no user icon in config folder...

Your public IP is determined by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

If it is dynamic (most are), then you must ask your ISP about purchasing a static IP address.

Alternatively, you could consider using a Domain Name System (DNS) service provider.
If you need information about DNS, please use google where you will find the information you need.

OT: That's possible through AMX MOD X menu. It has been like that even in ancient versions. Just look through your Pause Plugins (can't remember the exact menu section name) menu and you will see that plugin with a plugin number beside it. Press that relevant key to on/off the plugin.

This is the default AMX plugin name responsible for the above:
pausecfg.amxx ; allows to pause and unpause some plugins

Gametracker does not own, manage or set game play policy for any servers registered here.
Therefore "is not allowed here" has no meaning in the context of server management or game play. Server owners may have their own view as they wish.
