Hi can any1 help me on how to upload banner thru server TC admin Panel + how to upload banner once you login inside server big screen

also tell me plugin name which helps in addin server name to the game menu of players, whenever they connect they shud see ma sv name in top of game menu n they dont have to go in sv fav to connect...

Server is gettin loads of chokes almost arund 100, i deleted almost all unnecessary plugin to chk whether it is caused by plugin bt still sv gettin almost 100 chokes sumtimes...

pls help
