183.87.110.2:28015 is my sv nd my percentile was 47 now it shows 45 whereas i have active players max tym :/ why so?? is it possible dat percentile will decrease?

The percentile is a rating in relation to other servers. A lowered percentile would mean that, in your case, about 2 percent more counter strike servers are more popular than your server. If you would like to increase it, you need a more popular server.
