Implementing current server status on clan webpage?

Hi guys,

I've been googling for days now put can't find any satisfying tutorial for this.
I just want to embed the current stats of my CS 1.6 game server into my clan webpage (html code if possible).
It should look like shown here:

Please can someone give me advice?
