Counter Strike 1.6 Home

I have created a server with steam and also successfully added here in gametracker.com. It shows here the status of server is alive and green. but when I open my Counter Strike, and give there the public IP and port no that is appearing on this website, It gives me error:
Could not get TCP/IP address, TCP/IP disabled Reason: WSAENOTSOCK Please someone help me |

hey AdnaN plz will u try to put this command in ur server.cfg
sv_lan "0" and use 27016 as the main port while running the server and forward it in ur router setup.. and in ur firewall try to google how to open port in windows 7 an here is a video About port forwarding https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7TdiUCiwlE JOI US PLZ In
