Hi!! I actualize the DNS by other (because Dyn Dns is now paid) and then when update in my server it's back to statistics OK but i miss the Players Stats!!. Exist any way to recover them to the before state?? I even lost mine!!

What is the old IP:Port and what is the new IP:Port?

Can you describe to which server you added the DNS to, and how GT handled it when you changed the DNS's IP?

It´s the Same IP but different DNS.

OLD: locomax.gotdns.com (Dyn DNS)

NEW: locomax.myvnc.com (No-IP DNS)

Address: 200.126.169.91 Port: 27015

After the update, the statistics of server look OK but the Player's Statistics has gone. Then I try to use the migrate tool but not work's.

Did you touch the "Migrate Stats" option at all? If so, in what way?

When did you claim the page?

I use the Migrate Tool to migrate the above information to the actual server (it's the same but different DNS).

I Claim the initial server about April 19, 2014 and the Actual server at May 7, 2014

What I would suspect happened is you migrated stats in the wrong direction. If you were on the old page and selected the new page to migrate to, that would be correct. If you were on the new page and selected to migrate to the old one, that would wipe stats on the old page.
