I have a problem with transfer rank , I connect both of servers with dns , one RootServer is connect with domain (in which i was to transfer rank) but the rank is not transfered the servers was deleted

I'd, of course, need more information as to what steps you took in regards to this. For example, old ip, old port, new ip, new port, where you put the DNS, what you did after, etc.

i update dns name to menage server

You should probably point your DNS to 176.28.54.197 if you want it to move to there.

Your server is at http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/milleniumal-hosting.com:27020/. For some reason, you pointed your DNS to 190.93.240.20.

You'll need to claim http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/176.28.54.197:27020/ since it was already added in order for it ot be able to transfer over again.

176.28.54.197:27020 this it was delete one time i add it again and i not claim it in second time

What trouble are you running into with claiming the new server? Please let me know the error. Since we have no idea if you actually own the new server, we don't have the capacity to manage it on your behalf by deleting it, unfortunately.
