Server showing as offline in GameTracker for past week or so

For the past week or so, my server has not been showing up in GameTracker. If I go to the manage panel and click update, sometimes it will show as online for a little while and then it will go back to being offline.

Here are my configurations:
host_name_store 1
host_info_show 2
host_players_show 2

If that is the behavior, you'll need to determine which of the following IPs are blocked:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

Probably 147.

Thanks, I'll throw all those IPs into my whitelist and see how it goes!

I whitelisted the IPs, but we are still experiencing the same results. Every so often it will show our servers online, but then it will go back to being offline.

Our ISP has responded back to us and says it's probably on your end.

"it seems that perhaps GameTracker's backend is having issues with the addition of CS:GO servers. From our testing, some servers are added while others were not, using nearly identical configurations. These same servers are able to queried externally, both by our webserver and via external RCON tools."

Can you guys please look into this for us it would be really appreciated.

What are they suggesting we do to get around an IP block?

At the moment, I am not able to reach your server via HLSW.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I have got a response back from them.

"Rcon appears to be enabled so HLSW should work. Your query settings definitely seem correct as well. What are the referencing as an IP block here?"

Please advise and Thank You for taking the time in helping us regarding this matter.

This is getting so frustrating. I have a response from them.

"The traffic to and from those IPs are not blocked, or filtered, so you may need to contact GameTracker about this, as it is controlled by a different company."

I could try deleting and re-adding your server to try to get it picked up by a different scanner. This would permanently remove any stats associated with the server and wouldn't guarantee a resolution if more than one of GT's IPs still do not receive a response from your server.

I did notice significant lag and timeouts when monitoring your server. It may be an issue if your server is just taking significantly long to reply. GT won't wait forever.

Your page looks like it has been going in and out of being Online. Unless you are frequently clicking Update Parameters, it suggests the GT scanner is just temporarily being blocked and may not be on any permanent block list.
