Do whatever you gotta do to try to get it fixed. It has been some time now that we haven't been able to use your service anyways.
I got a reply back from them. Mon, May 12 2014 7:46pm - answered by Vanderburg "Whenever we even temporarily filter traffic to your server, we post an event to your Events Log tab in the control panel. We also only filter traffic by the packet itself, we don't block specific IP addresses (We feel that filters this basic can be handled on your Firewall tab). Surely, they have a method of testing their ability to query your server from their different servers since that's sort of what their entire model is based around." Thanks again for taking the time to help us out with this. |

As they suggest, I already pointed out the IP having difficulty reaching your server.
I just tried to scan re-add your server to get it scanning under another scanner that is not blocked. However, your server does not seem to be online right now. Can you please turn it back online? ![]() |

The server is always online. It's not showing online for you?

At the time of that post I could not get GT to recognize it or scan it on HLSW.
I just checked again and was able to find it on HLSW again. I did a few more tests and found that GT was able to reach it initially, but I have not been able to reach it since then. However, if I were to re-scan it a minute later, it receives no response. This was from the web server, so separate from the scanner that was scanning your server normally. I will check again in the morning. ![]() |

Just tested again and had the same results. After GT scans your server, it has difficulty reaching your server for a period of time (at least a half an hour, but I wasn't able to keep trying last night). I've confirmed this repeatedly as well as locally from my machine using HLSW.
I'm hoping they can continue to resolve the issue for you, as the issue clearly lies on their network. Now, as you can understand, after repeatedly testing and pointing out the same things, I am not going to be able to do any further testing on this issue as I have posted the reasons more than enough times. GT is being temporarily blocked. I do hope they are able find a solution to you. If you have any other questions please let me know. ![]() |
