So i am the owner of 68.232.177.194:27035 whitch i purchased through gameservers. they have been nothing but a headached to deal with. server chrashes repeatedly daily. over 16 hours of downtime with no answers to my suppport tickets. honestly im at wits end with this provider.

So i want to change but as we are ranked 87th overall and top30 in the US when i change my server over id like for the stats to stick. is there a way we can do this?

Hello,

Most customers have little to no problem with the hosting by GameServers. As you can imagine with computer hardware and technologies, there are bound to be issues. I am sure they would move you to a new box if that might solve your issue.

Unfortunately there is no feature at the current time to move stats over. There may be something available in the future, but there is currently no timeframe for that.
