I know many streamers do this, but they take to much in the form of commission; moreover, they won't be interested in helping me to buy a couple of not so expensive skins. So, where do I go in order to find someone I can trust and who can help me close a deal with a smaller fee?

I suggest that you use google to locate sites that deal in this sort of thing.
It will avoid Gametracker members infringing the site rules.
