My all 4 cs:go servers are banned for 3rd time.... can someone explane why?

You are welcome to post in http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=75205 for an admin to review your request. Keep in mind if you've had to come back 4 times like you suggest, it is rather unlikely an admin would be interested in giving you yet another chance.
