My server is located in Turkey but also in Britain show. How do i change location ? Would you wanna help me about it ?

Assuming the server in your favorites, you can claim it on:

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.78.86.102:27015/manage/

Once you claim it, the option to change the flag will become available to you.

There is a button below that and you can click the (?) near it to get the instructions.

I added this server but "Server Manager: unclaimed"
When i was claim the server,I receive this error report..

You need to follow the instructions on how to claim it. I don't see the text in the name.

When i click to "claim ownership of server" then i will get this message..

Correct - I suggest reading the instructions in the (?) near that button, or the same instructions in that error message for the third+ time. If you do not want to follow the instructions... that's perfectly fine... just keep in mind you will not be able to claim your server. You do not have the required text in the name.
