it wont let me add my server it's saying it's already being added

If the server is already on the site, you can search for it on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/
If you are not able to find your server, another server on the same IP is most likely using the same query port as your server. If you can post the IP, join port, and query port of your CSGO server we can look at it.
