Valve's Server Guidelines blatantly being broken. (!ws and !knife)

Gametracker currently doesn't punish/discourage the use of plugins which break Valve's guidelines/warning about using things such as !ws (weapon skins) & !knife.

These plugins give players items they otherwise would not have while the player is on the server, which if you read through below is clearly not allowed.

I understand that it's not Gametrackers job as a Ranking/Stat Website to enforce Valve's rules but at a certain point the servers breaking the Guidelines are like people roiding in the gym-
it's just not fair to the rest of the crowd & skews stats.

These servers make no attempt at hiding the fact that they're breaking the guidelines- they literally advertise these plugins within their server titles.

I don't know if Gametracker has ever taken a stance on this, but considering CS:GO is one of (if not the largest) game in the world I was curious about this.

Thanks.

No. It does not have anything to do with us. We do not have any interest in creating policies to enforce arbitrary gameplay guidelines.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

But why doesnt valve patch it so it's not possible???

and besides, it's not like I can go to a server give myself a stattrak karambit sapphire and then it will appear in my inventory, marketable and tradeable.

I think it's a good thing so you can try an expensive skin out before buying it or getting scammed by valve cases.

but whatever, I don't visit such server anyway but I have no problem with that they exist

Last I checked, Valve said they were prohibited and started to ban servers with them (through sv_tags if I recall effectively). Wasn't particularly effective due to the false positives. Just face it, Valve doesn't care about community servers. They serve a tiny proportion of the CS:GO playerbase. It isn't their priority, StatTraks are.
