I bought a server and then created an account here yesterday. I so far have not been able to play on this server.

I changed the name of my server and went to claim it. It told me I can't claim my own server until my account is 1 week old.

What can I do to remedy this?

There is nothing Gametracker is doing that stops you from playing on your server.

As for claiming the server; the remedy is to wait until 7 full days have passed.
