Some days i look at my countries csgo server rankings and i notice some servers who normaly have an average of 15 players have this stats on gametracker

and ranking up fast

It's like from 0 to hero in 1 sec on gametracker

So my question, what the hell is going on?

A post with solid proof must have been better but yeah, I have seen some in other games too. It's true that a higher consistent amount of players in a server compared to other servers at any given time will rank up pretty quickly.

Now that CS GO is free-to-play for all Steam accounts, server ranking will be hard because it's even more harder to distinguish who are idle bots and who are real players.

No, the problem is that if one player enters in that server, gametracker will assume that is 30/30 and in reallity is only 1 player there
