12 minutes is not unusual and not worthy of concern or investigation.

There are many factors that can affect the update frequency that are outside the control of Gametracker.

8,000 km of cables connected through several hundred privately owned routers, of which at least 15-20 would be involved in a single query, and often times involving the switching of routes in event of router failure or excessive loading.

Your server page has updated at least 5 times while I wrote this post.
