Hi!I have a problem with adding and scanning server!I contacted the host and they said its not our problem,the firewall is off,so contact gametracker support to help you!Firewall of server is off,also query port is good!So pls help me!Ip of server and port is: 23.88.73.88:10455[img]!Pls help me gametracker!Yesterday the server was down for that problem in gametracker,today in morning I added the server again but also now is not scanning!

Firewall is clearly not 'off'.
At the very least it is denying ICMP echo (ping)

Gametracker is currently successfully scanning almost 5000 CSGO servers, including other servers in the region or Albania.
