Hello, I have just bought a premium membership, I installed the ventrilo and CS:GO server but some issues come up
1.the server is said to be up, yet is isnt 2.I can NOT access FTP |

Hello,
I would recommend emailing Premium support for the technical issues with the server not starting for you. The same goes for FTP not working. Note, if it is just in regards to something you do not know how to do, that should not be directed to support as the packages are self-managed due to the very low price.

no it is the actual server not working from the start...What email should i send this issue to??? Support@gametracker.com?
