American Eruption: Rules/Regulations & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Racism and discrimination will 100% NOT be tolerated. Upon discovery, immediate removal will be implemented.
2. All members must meet our age restriction of 21 years old. AE is a mature clan with only members that have reached the age of majority according to US law.
3. All members must reside in the USA or CANADA only. Immunity to this rule is given to all previous AE members from 1999-2007.
4. Hacks or tweaks that give you an unfair advantage in the game will not be tolerated. 3 Strike warning system will be enforced.
5. It shall be understood that this is a gaming community made up of many different people in many different situations whereas play time in game can and will be compromised. AE will be deemed as a place for those who are like minded and want to play together can do so. At no time should anyone feel obligated to participate in something they do not want to. The moment it is not fun anymore is the moment it is not worth doing.
6. In order to maintain clan activity and participation you must fulfill our activity timeframe of 3 hours per week (7 days) as a minimum to maintain your membership in AE. Failure to do so will result in a clan-wide vote to remove members not meeting this activity level. (Trackable via STEAM)
7. If at any time you find that you will be away from the game for any acceptable amount of time, you may ask for a Leave of Absence (LOA). This is the only acceptable reason for a member to not meet Rule # 6.
8. Family will always come #1. If something relating to family should arise it is understandable that family comes first. If it be a birth, death, etc, do not feel obligated to meet Rule # 5. There are exceptions to this rule in such a case.
9. Scrims & Matches. There will be occasion where the clan will scrim and compete in matches. This activity is for those only that WANT to partake in it. This is not a mandatory activity for everyone. For those who do commit to entering into Matches, this then becomes an obligation to the clan. If you so choose to compete you MUST attend all practices and of course the scheduled Matches for the ENTIRE season.
10. Scrims & Match Conduct: You will maintain a mature, professional attitude through each and every scrim and match. Your composure reflects directly against the entire clan. If it is found that inappropriate personal conduct is shown corrective actions will be taken. (Dealt with on a case by case basis)
11. Public & Private Servers: You will not abuse admin rights given to you for any server. Rights will be removed if found abusing them. Acceptable use shall be deemed by senior leadership during play.
