Hey guys! Just setup a cs:s dedicated server in a vmware setup, 4gb ram, 4 cores 3.6ghz, 20mb connection. For some reason it has yet to be listed in the "internet" tab, and I cannot connect via in game console typing "connect 72.91.149.95:27015", although it is visible under LAN, and GameTracker shows it as being alive and can see what map is available. I would really love it if you guys could connect and maybe give me some feedback as to whether or not you were able to connect. I have forwarded all port correctly, and my server.cfg is correct, help a brother out!>?!?

Oh yeah, if anyone has any suggestions as to mods or making it some kind of death-match /gun game server let me know!

Hi boombatz,
Your server will only be listed in the Internet Tab if your server is updated to the latest version. When the server will be updated, your server will be automatically listed in the Internet Tab.
The Internet Tab will not show your server if you are trying to view from behind the same router as your server is.
If your server is able to be scanned by GameTracker than it means that your Ports are correctly forwarded and your server is accessible from over the Internet.

You can only connect with your server from your local LAN through your server's LAN IP. The Internet IP will not work behind the same router as your server is.

I have only played CS 1.6 and don't know much about CSS. You can check out this website and find many plugins relating to your specific server addons (SourceMod or Metamod: Source).
