Hello, please tell me how to raise the quality (rank) of their server source for the above? I would be grateful for your response.

Rank is based on the popularity of the server. In other words, if you want a higher rank, you should regularly have more players in your server.

What if I have a new server only discovered recently, as it can be raised above it? By placing your gadgets monitoring etc?

It's a new server, so it shouldn't have a high rank, the only way to get higher rank is by Players getting on it.
