hello cs source while connecting to the server, the loading bar is 2 teeth and it does not go further. There is no ip ban on the server. The console does not say "banned from this server". Why is this happening? How can I solve it?

it could be route issue or something related to firewall on the server.

if your the owner of server or if someone tell him to flush the firewall rules and then you verify if it works or if you reboot your router and try.

you said IP is not ban , yes IP is not ban as you can connect up to 2 bars/teeth so try to reboot router and check if not ask owner or if your owner to flush firewall rules. And verify it and check.
