When i was trying to manage a css server it says "your account must be active 1 week before you can claim this server" but i already waited 1 week and nothing happend help

Not a bug.
You must wait at least 7 x 24 hours from the day and time you joined before trying to claim. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
