If you want to add a server you need to add the join port like 27040 but if i add this port, it change the game typ to cs 1.6 why??

I'm not sure which steps you are referring to, but my best guess is that you are adding a server from the servers page and after addition you go to the page and see it as another game. This would happen if the server was already in the database. It would show as a different game, say for example, if there was a previous owner at that IP & Port who ran a different game.
