so recently my sounds don't work on dtk server #5 de dust 2. like when i join the server there is no music i can hear the gun shots and the normal sounds but i cant hear the killing spree music and stuff like that. also when a match finishes there is no music

please help and if you do i would be so happy.

and one more thing someone told me to type !quake but i didn't know what to enable and stuff like that. my username on the server is _gooz

Hello. I have read your problem and i cant think of anything that is the cause of the sounds not working but that doesnt mean that your problem cant be solved. It will take time or im not sure. First solution to the problem is that is the killing spree or other sound files in you cs folder and are they in the right place or not. Second, has anyone on that server earned killing spree or any other stuff, if not the sound unfortunaltey will not be heard by any player. To check, see if killing spree is written on the left side of your monitor. Third solution is that the server has some sound problem or any other performance problem. To check connect to any gametracker server or any other server and see if the sound is heard. Fifth solution to the problem is reinstall cs. Sixth solution to the problem is that you give me the servers ip address and i will check it out. Seventh solution to the problem is that you scan your whole computer by two or three different Antivirus to check if any virus is causing the problem and sometimes the Antivirus itself is corrupt. Happened to me once, had to install windows XP again. Perform all the steps i told you and if they dont work then come and ask me. I will not hesitate or be in any trouble if these steps dont work. Feel free to ask and dont worry.
