That one shows CSCZ.
Can you post the real IP port you are referring to?

Already did. Shows as Condition Zero on GT and on HLSW. If you'd like, consider confirming this yourself.
Again, please post the real IP:Port you are referring to since the one you posted does not match your problem/question.
